printing fabric ink you only need to follow the 6 steps detailed below.
Image:
You need an image that you want to use
for screen printing. Start with some simple images, not lots of thin lines. You
need a solid black image, the actual purpose of which is to block light. Make
sure that the image you select will be burned into the emulsion Step 4.
Step 2:
The emulsion is divided into two
parts, one part is sensitizer, the other part is a emulsion. You need to mix
the two bottles together according to the direction. Place your image in a
bag/garbage bag. Next, you must pour some lotion mixture onto the screen and
carefully apply the knife. Repeat this process until the screen is drawn.
Step 3:
It's time to expose the screen to
light and hold the frame and screen. Make sure the black surface should be
located on top and the sides of the screen must be down. Use scotch tape to
lower the transparency or lay with a piece of glass on top. Screen printing
services are actually very easy to use. You must move the light about a foot or
two away from the screen. Use 250 watt bulbs, tilt the light and leave the
room. After 15 to 20 minutes, return to the room and carefully pull up the
transparency. The lines on the light blue image will burn onto the screen.
Overexposure can make the image bleed. Check it carefully.
Step 4:
Spray cold water on the screen from
the sink or shower head. You just have to keep spraying it until you can see it
clearly. Gently hold up the screen, and if it looks exactly like your
transparency, it almost is then ready.
Step 5:
Place your shire on a flat surface
with the cardboard inside the shirt below the area to be printed. You just need
to pour a little ink across the top of the screen. Move a person smooth down
the screen with the help of a scraper. Lift up the screen and pull out the
cardboard, and you're done. Wash off the ink and dry the fabric. Screen printing
