Stage 1: Make a plan:
The first step is to provide the
printer with your plan, which will move the plan over a simple acetic
acid-derived film that will provide additional help in making the template. You

Stage 2: Setup screen:
The screen contains a lattice that

uncovered:
Use a spoon coater to apply a very
thin, even layer of emulsion to both sides of the screen. It is then dried,

Stage 4: Making Templates:
As the screen dries, the simple film
is turned upside down and the glass sheet is placed on top of the film. The
screen is then placed under a light source, either a regular light source or an

the weaving plan is positioned on the correct area to screen print the design
on the texture.
Stage 5: Setting things up:
Place the screen on the printing press
and place the garment on the board below the screen. Extrusion models and
dimensions do matter, but typically in commercial areas, printing systems work
with rotary rotary printers.
Stage 6: Ink Movement:
The screen is then placed on the
printing plate. Currently, ink is added to the highest point of the screen and
a wiper is used to spread the ink across the screen. It will help cover the

Assuming the printer needs to produce
more than one thing, the screen will be raised and the clothes underneath will
be placed on the printing plate. When printing everything, the emulsion is

Stage 7: Complete the texture:
The thing is currently facing the
dryer to fix the ink and provide a smooth and durable finish. The project will
be inspected, cleaned and attempted to remove the accumulation, and then
prepared for the customer.
