We use the best quality
vectorization/digitizing service to customize your logo/artwork and created it
using a machine with multiple needles; Each needle has its thread color, and
using the needle's harness you may want to hire a company to design a custom
logo that works well in a variety of formats, including embroidery.
A good design always starts with a
strong concept and idea. For any designer to create great work of exceptional
quality, they must understand what he or she is going to create, which requires
understanding not only the needs of the client, but also what the business or
organization stands for.
Digitizing is the act of turning a
drawing, design, graphic or picture into an exact or very close copy of an
embroidery, usually on cloth -- but can also be placed on other materials,
depending on the material used and the embroidery machine.
Embroidery digitization is the process
of converting an artwork into a digital file using software that allows the
embroidery machine to know the path of the needle. The process is not
automated, in fact, when done correctly, great digitization is considered an
art form.
Fabric
We must know what type of material you
want to embroider. A T-shirt design, for example, would have fewer stitches
because the fabric is not as heavy as denim and simply cannot hold as many
stitches. If we are embroidering polyester wool, all that said, most of the
time we can use a logo on many different types of fabrics, but the logo looks
best when we know in advance which fabrics and items to embroider (even in
future orders) and can digitize it accordingly for embroidery.
Size of logo
For logos that are wider than height,
our general guideline is 3 to 3.75 inches wide for embroidery purposes on the
left breast of the shirt. If the logo is square, the sides should be 1.5 to 2
inches, and the diameter of the round logo should be 2 to 2.5 inches. For hats,
2.25 inches high and 4 inches wide is the size limit, and visors are available
from 1 to 1.25 inches high and 4 inches wide. Full back logos (we only
recommend placing them on a material no lighter than a sweatshirt) Max 11
"x 11".
Color
Color is an important part of hand
embroidery. It sets the tone for the whole piece. Bright colors add playfulness
and cheerfulness, while darker tones add sophistication.
Vectorization
Other rules for vector operations are
subtraction, scalar multiplication, scalar multiplication (also called dot
product or inner product), vector multiplication (also called cross product),
and differentiation. No operation corresponds to dividing by a vector. For a
description of all these rules, see Vector Analysis...
Vector Art Service
In terms of design, there's a lot of
jargon that can be a little overwhelming for new designers. Some of these terms
may or may not be familiar to you, such as composition, alignment, contrast,
and design elements. But take it a step further, and you'll see the file format
for the design elements you want, which could also be in another language --
PNG, JPG, GIF, vector, and the list goes on! In order to create the great
designs you've been sketching out on napkins and scrap paper for weeks, you
need to understand your document types, how to manipulate them, and which one
best suits your design work needs.
What is a vector?
Vectors are images designed using
mathematical formulas rather than pixels. A mathematical formula -- crazy,
right?
This mathematical formula makes vector
images infinitely scalable and resizable without compromising quality. This is
why vectors are the perfect file type to use when creating graphics or images
that require frequent resizing.
You're a busy person, so you don't
have to worry about redesigning your graphics every time you need more branded
materials. Consider vectors when it comes to logos that need to appear on
flyers, banners, business cards, or that cool company coffee mug you give as a
reward gift. All of these promotional materials use the same graphics, but each
material is a different size. That's the magic of vectors.
Vectorized image
We want to take the image in a
pixel-based format (JPG, PNG, etc.) and switch it to an easy-to-manipulate
vector format. Let's try it.
