If you are placing orders via our website, it will be easy to find the status of invoices at our web.

The followings are procedures to locate payment status:

1) Enter the web, login with email and password, you will land on the account filed.

 2) Simply click on “Order Records” or “Vector Order Records”

 3) Look for the “Payment” column, you will find individual status in this field:

 a) “done” indicated bills paid - if you are making payment via PayPal, the payment column will indicate ‘done’ (when paid)

 b) “Pay by PayPal” indicated bills unpaid.

If you make payment other than Paypal, status is not reflected instantly. That is to say, there is possibility that you have just paid but not entered. Our Account Department is making entries everyday. All receipts from our customers will be registered within 24 hours and updated on the web.
