As owners of an embroidery shop we have had experiences trying digitizers some good some not so good.

Eagle has been our NUMBER 1 for over a year now.

We had previously been dealing with an individual that was not time reliable or consistent in quality.

Eagle is always surprising us with the fast turn around, sometimes faster than expected and in the cases that we do need a 2 hour turn around for an emergency, they always come through.

The digitizer is the one who makes the product that goes out of our door look so good. We have a lot of competition in the area and we have been asked who does our digitizing and we do not share the answer. Not because we don't want to brag but because we don't want them to have the same qualtity and cost involved in their goods sold. Many spend $75.00 for a crest area and $150.00 for Full designs for a jacket back. We have not paid more than $25.00 for any complicated crest from Eagle.

I highly recommend Eagle for the price, turn around time and quality of digitizing; again, not to my competion though.

It has been my pleasure to know that I can turn over digitizing jobs to you, and your team. The team at Eagle digitizing, in just the matter of hours have produce a very professional, ready to sew digitized image. Last week I was slammed with a few images that needed to be digitized and I didn’t have enough time in a day to get all of the jobs done, I took a chance with you and your team and have found that it has been the best investment I have made in a long time. You and your team have freed my time up to carry on with a very busy embroidery business. In the Holiday seasons everyone needs something at the drop of a minute and all of you at Eagle Digitizing have provided me with exactly that extra time I needed to produce the gifts that my customers have needed.

I just began using Eagle Digitizing for our embroidery tapes, and have been nothing but impressed with their level of service, professionalism, and quality of work. They have a ridiculously short turnaround time, usually within hours, and consecutively provide us with high quality embroidery tapes. At $25 a pop, it makes customer quotations SO EASY, and because it stays that price no matter the stitch count, well, it's easy to see what that does to profits.

Furthermore, we no longer have the headache of the outrageous extra stitches to increase the total stitch count as done by other digitizers. Thank you very much Eagle Digitizing.

Finding Eagle Digitizing has been like uncovering a gold mine of professional skill and customer service like none other in the digitizing field. Not only have they shown the best workmanship, they have proven to have the best prices as well. They are always willing to fix any glitches, change details, and provide sizing help, the staff at Eagle Digitizing does so with the best of communication. And truly they have held to their policy of %100 customer satisfaction. I know that when I send an image to Eagle for digitization, it will come back as one I am proud to stitch out and add to my embroidery business.
