We have been using the services of Eagle Digitizing for about two years. Eagle’s customer service is impeccable.

No matter how involved a design is Eagle can produce the design in a timely manner. Eagle makes the process so easy for the customer. I send them a design, tell them what size the design should be and what material the design will be sewn on. The turnaround time is usually about 24 hours but, I have sent them a few rush orders and I will receive the finished design in a few hours the same day. When I receive the finished design and I need to make a change Eagle is prompt in responding to the change as well. Everyone these days is on a budget and you will find that Eagle’s prices are very reasonable. We are very happy with the work and relationship we have developed with Eagle the past two years and would recommend their services to any person in the embroidery business.
